Our team created a strong, aspirational marketing campaign focused on lifestyle and location. We delivered naming, identity, copywriting and photography to produce a unique brand rollout.
In an area with plenty of competition and little in the way of an established streetscape, we proposed a different take on the art direction. Rather than featuring renders as the heroes of promotional campaigns, we conceptualised a dark, feminine name and brand to complement the swirling, sweeping views and natural surrounds. By highlighting the steep views from each vantage, we created a brand that celebrated this point of difference and the rarity of this offering in the Canberra market.
